A1 FRIED CURRY SEA CRAB

Use :
1 pack A1 Seafood Instant Curry Sauce, Sea Crab (chop into pieces), 1 tablespoon of Garlic minced, 1 teaspoon Ginger minced, 10 slice Curry Leaves, 1 Onion (sliced), 1 teaspoon of sugar, 300ml of water.

Method:

1. Heat up oil, sauté onion sliced, curry leaf, garlic and ginger minced; then add in sea crab, stir-fry until half cooked.
2. Add in A1 Seafood Instant Curry Sauce stir frying then add in 300ml water, fried with high heat till cooked.
