EASY, INSTANT, TASTY!

A1 CURRY FISH (BLACK POMFRET)
Use :
Black pomfret (Medium), 1 pack A1 Seafood Instant Curry Sauce, 200gm Lady Fingers (okra), 2 Tomatoes (cut into pieces), 1 Onion (sliced), 20 slices Curry Leave, 50ml Assam juice, 100ml Evaporated Milk, 500ml of water.
Method:
- Pour 1 pack A1 Seafood Instant Curry Sauce into a pot, add in 500ml water cook till boiled;
- Add in lady fingers, tomatoes and curry leave cook till boiled;
- Add in black pomfret to cook thoroughly;
- Lastly add in 50ml assam juice and 100ml of evaporated milk.
