A1 Curry Fried Prawn

Use:
1 kg Big prawn, 1 pack Al Rendang Instant Curry Sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic minced, 1 Onion (slices), Curry leave (10 slices), Red Chili (cut into slices), ½ tea spoon sugar, 250ml
Method:
1) Heat up oil, saute the garlic;
2) Add in Onion slices; curry leave, red chili slices and big prawn stir-frying till half cooked.
3) Add in Al Rendang Instant Curry Sauce stir-frying;
4) Add in ½ tea spoon sugar and then add in 250ml water;
5) High heat fried until the big prawn cooked thoroughly.
