A1 FRIED DRY CURRY CHICKEN

A1 FRIED DRY CURRY CHICKEN

Use :

½ pack A1 Brand Meat Instant Curry Sauce, Chicken breast meat (cut into fillet), 1 tablespoon of garlic minced, 1 Onion (sliced), 6 slides Curry leave, 1 Red Chili (sliced), ½ tea spoon sugar, 250ml of water.

Method:

1) Heat up oil, sauté the garlic minced;

2) Add in onion slices; curry leave, red chili slides and chicken stir-frying till half cooked.

3) Add in ½ pack A1 Brand Meat Instant Curry Sauce (120gm) stir-frying;

4) Add in ½ tea spoon sugar and then add in 250ml water;

5) High heat fried until the chicken cooked thoroughly.
