A1 SPICY AND SOUR CURRY FISH
Use :
½ pack A1 Brand Seafood Instant Curry Sauce, 2 pieces Fish Fillet, Okra (Lady Fingers), ½ tablespoon of Garlic Minced, Lime Leaf (sliced), Ginger Flower (sliced), 50ml Asam Juice, ½ teaspoon of sugar, 250ml of water.
Method:
- Heat up oil, deep fried fish fillet till cooked. Ready for use.
- Boiled okra, cut into 2 pieces. Ready for use.
- Heat up oil, sauté garlic minced then add in A1 Brand Seafood Instant Curry Sauce stir fried, add in 250ml water.
- Low heat cook till curry boiled, add in asam juice and sugar cook thoroughly. Pick up.
- Pour over cooked curry sauce to the fish fillet and okra, sprinkle with the lime leaf slices and ginger flower slices
