A1 FRIED CURRY CHICKEN
Use :
50gm A1 Brand Meat Curry Powder, 1 Whole Chicken (chop into pieces), 10 slice Curry Leaves (Minced)
Seasoning :
1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 tablespoons of A1 Brand Turmeric Powder,
1 tablespoon of A1 Brand Chili Powder, 2 tablespoons of Fish Sauce
Method:
- Wash chicken well then marinated with minced curry leave & seasoning minimum 6 hours and ready to use.
- Heat up oil, deep fried the ready preserved chicken until cooked and turn to brown.
