Use :
50gm A1 Brand Fish Curry Powder, 1kg Big Prawn, 2 Onions (Sliced), 20 slice Curry Leaves, 2 stalks Lemon Grass (Smashes),6 pips Garlic (Minced), ½ teaspoon of salt,1 teaspoon of sugar, 200ml Water.
Method:
1) Heat up oil, sauté garlic minced, onion slices, curry leaves & lemon grass; then add in big prawn stir-frying with high heat.
2) Add in A1 Brand Fish Curry Powder & 200ml water. Lastly add in salt and sugar, stir well.
