A1 DRIED SHRIMP CHILI FRIED PRAWN

Use :
½ pack A1 Brand Dried Shrimp Chili Paste, 500gm Medium Prawn, 1 tablespoon of Garlic Minced, 1 Onion (sliced), 1 teaspoon of Sugar, 50ml of Water.
Method:
1) Heat up oil, sauté the garlic and onion slices;
2) Add in medium prawn stir-frying till half cooked.
3) Add in ½ pack A1 Brand Dried Shrimp Chili Paste stir frying; then add in 50ml water;
4) Lastly add in 1 tea spoon of sugar, fried with high heat thoroughly.
