Use :

1 tablespoon of A1 Brand Dried Shrimp Chili Paste, 200gm Anchovy (Ikan Bilis),1 Onion (sliced), 1 tea spoon of sugar, 50ml of water.
Method:
1) Wash well Anchovy and drip out the water, ready for use;
2) Heat up oil, deep fried the anchovy; pick up ready for use;
3) Leave some oil saut¨¦ the onion slides, add in the anchovy stir-frying;
4) Add in 1 tablespoon A1 Brand Dried Shrimp Chili Paste and 1 teaspoon of sugar; lastly add in 50ml water; high heat fried thoroughly.
