1) Heat oil and fry lemon grass and curry leaves until.
2) Add A1 Instant Curry Sauce (Seafood) and A1 Instant Curry Sauce (Rendang), Stir-fry for a while.
3) Add some water and stir to mix.
4) Add onion and yoghurt and stir to combine. Adjust with salt and sugar to taste. Cook until prawns change colour and are just cooked. Sprinkle over kaffir lime leaves. Dish out and serve hot.
