A1 HAPPY RICHEST CHICKEN

Use :
chicken (cut into serving pieces), curry leaves, 1 star anise, cinnamon stick, cloves, potatoes, beancurd puffs (halved), coconut milk, 1 pandan leaf, A1 Instant Curry Sauce (Meat)
Method:
1) Marinate chicken with 2 tbsp A1 Instant Curry Sauce (Meat). Leave aside.
2) Heat oil and fry star anise, cinnamon stick, cloves, and curry leaves. Saute until fragrant.
3) Add remaining A1 Instant Curry Sauce (Meat) and chicken meat, stir to mix.
4) Pour in water and cook to a simmering boil.
5) Add potatoes and continue to cook covered, until meat and potatoes are tender.
6) Stir in coconut milk and add beancurd puffs and pandan leaf. Adjust with salt and sugar to taste. Cook for a while, dish out and serve.
