A1 Curry Fish - Black Pomfret

Use:
Black pomfret (Medium), 1 pack A1 Seafood Instant Curry Sauce, 200gm Lady Fingers (okra), 2 Tomatoes (cut into pieces), 1 Onion (slices), Curry leave (20 slices), 50ml Assam juice, 100ml Evaporated
Method:
1) Pour 1 pack A1 Seafood Instant Curry Sauce into a pot, add in 500ml water cook till boiled;
2) Add in lady fingers, tomatoes, onion slices and curry leave cook till boiled;
3) Add in black pomfret to cook thoroughly;
4) Lastly add in 50ml assam juice and 100ml of evaporated
