A1 Curry Fried Chicken Fillet

Use:
Chicken breast meat (cut into fillet), ½ pack A1 Meat Instant Curry Sauce (120gm), 1 tablespoon of garlic minced, 1 Onion (slices), Curry leave (6 slices), Red Chili (slices), ½ tea spoon sugar, 250ml water.
Method:
1) Heat up oil, sauté the garlic;
2) Add in onion slices; curry leave, red chili slices and chicken stir-frying till half cooked.
3) Add in ½ pack A1 Meat Instant Curry Sauce (120gm) stir-frying;
4) Add in ½ tea spoon sugar and then add in 250ml water;
5) High heat fried until the chicken cooked thoroughly.
