A1 Fried Curry Toast

Use:
Use: Chicken breast meat (cut small cube), 200gm Potatoes (cut small cube), ½ pack A1 Meat Instant Curry Sauce (120gm), 1 tablespoon of garlic minced, 1 Onion (slices), ½ tea spoon sugar, 250ml water.
Use2: 20 Slices Plain Toast (remove the bread side and crushing the bread become flake)
Method:
1) Boiled the potatoes cube ready for use;
2) Heat up oil, sauté the garlic;
3) Add in onion slices; potatoes cube and chicken cube stir-frying till half cooked.
4) Add in ½ pack A 1 Meat Instant Curry Sauce (120gm) stir-frying;
5) Add in ½ tea spoon sugar and then add in 250ml water; high heat fried until the chicken cooked thoroughly ready for use;
6) Spread the ready fried curry chicken and potatoes on the plain toast slices, then fold it to triangle shape, use fork press-out side of the toast.
7) Heat up oil quick fried the toast to brown. (Only quick fried then pick up immediately, do not fried over.)
